Why "Digital Golem" ?
A Golem is a magical servant creature made of any substance and put to use to help and protect its master.
Golems can come in many forms, such as clay golems (like the original golem in Prague), flesh golems (Frankenstein's creature), iron golems (robots)...
In 3D we try to mimic all forms of life so that is why we consider our creatures digital golems .
The golem is considered by some as the very first notion of artifical intelligence, computers or even androids.

Who is "Digital Golem" ?
Digital Golem was created in June 2006 by both Airtight Graphics (based in London and represented by Jean-Louis Billard ) and Vincent Conrardy . |
Jean-Louis Billard
is a 3D all-rounder who brings 12 years of production and teaching experience in the whole field of post-production. He has worked most of his life in London with companies such as The Mill, Framestore, VTR/The Hive, and many others.
|
|
Vincent Conrardy
is a specialist in 3D creature design and in automation systems for 3D applications. He has worked with major post-production companies in Belgium such as Mainframe/Cine-fx and Victor3D. |
|
| UNDER ONE ROOF |
|
Digital Golem is a totally independent company that has the advantage of sharing a building with a number of other firms involved in various aspects of post-production. This synergy enables us to offer clients access to a diverse range of services, such as sound mixing or 35mm film printing, without having to send them across town.
We are pleased to collaborate with such experienced companies. |

FullCG is an influential Belgian online CGI community administered by Digital Golem.
It is not only a place for up-and-coming artists to exchange ideas and seek advice, but also a place for talented professionals to share their
